Griffin was a Technical Account Manager (TAM) from January to Summer of 2022, when Semasio was bought by Fyllo. He then transitioned into a Customer Success Manager (CSM) role, doing technical maintenance of existing accounts on the Semasio technical platform, documentation and refining of CSM team processes, maintenance, expansion, and oversight over Semasio’s standard audience offerings. This role also included reviewing, managing, and executing data segment activations for major advertisers and Fortune 500 clients’ cookie-based and cookie-less programmatic campaigns across a variety of DSPs, DMPs, and PMPs.
